Oradea City Hall is exempting companies operating in the IT sector from paying local property tax for their office buildings.
Premium office buildings (minimum 2000 sqr meters, modern finishes, utilities etc.) Spaces used by IT entities (minimum 200 sqr meters)
50% discount on property tax for premium office buildings, for up to 3 years
50% discount on property tax for spaces used by IT entities, for up to 5 years
In order to benefit from the tax incentives, eligible companies need to fill in the required paperwork presented in this official document and submit them in person to Oradea City Hall – Sala Ghișeelor.
